Returns must be initiated within [14 days] of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. If the item is not DOA, customer will need bear the cost of return shipping.

Refund process

After contacting the support, user need to provide a tracking code. The support team will keep track of the item. When the item arrival our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Used products, products that are specifically marked as not returnable on the product page, orders that passed the return window are not returnable.
