Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within [14 of days] days of arrival (according to tracking info). To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that customer need to show proof of order and item photos or return will be refused.
Customer need to pay for the returning shipping cost to our warehouse in US or other locals. After providing the tracking code and item arrived our warehouse, we will issue refund.
