Our return policy allows returns for [new (e.g. unopened)] products with 14 days of its arrival.

Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item to our return address (currently only available in USA). Customer need to provide the tracking code of the shipment. Otherwise we may not able to process the return successfully.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
