There is no warranty for all the nozzle and hotend products. Those products are considered as consumables and do not have warranty. The length of service period are highly dependent on user operating habits and printing material and etc.
However we do provide support for faulty products and DOA products (dead of arrival).
If you suspect the product is faulty or cannot work on the first print, please contact support at [email protected]. Usually an replacement will be provided.
